Hampton Inn Shreveport/Bossier City

Elfina (I hope I got that right) was amazing at check-in. Very patient, very kind, and so sweet! Room was comfortable, only complaint is the HVAC not cooling as effectively as I'm accustomed to add a cold sleeper, but still cool enough, and probably an ID10T error but I couldn't figure out how to turn off the nightlight in the bathroom.

Breakfast was 100%, everything down to the grits! They even have honey. I love it when I can put honey in my tea and it’s so rare at a hotel to find. I want to add that the water pressure is on point, the shower heads are customizable, the bathrooms have large containers of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and liquid hand soap at the sink! I am so happy I booked this hotel. Definitely my go to stay in Shreveport from now on.

My husband and I stayed while in the area and were very pleased. We made the reservation about a month ahead of time and were able to get in and check in fairly quickly. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Although we had booked two rooms and for some reason the put us on two separate floors?? We got a King size bed and upon entering the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been a little less flat. There were plenty of towels for us and while the shower was hot, there was not much water pressure. The room was quiet and we did not have any problems with hearing other guests. We did go down for breakfast and it was pretty good. The selection was good and the waffles were great. The staff that does the breakfast was so kind and friendly and very helpful. I can't remember her name but she was delightful! The location was great and easy to access the base and other things in the area. Would recommend and we will be back when in the area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay Thanks to Alberto! My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, even though it was late, Alberto greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Later that evening, I came back down to the front desk because the restaurant I had visited forgot to include the condiments I requested. Alberto didn’t hesitate—he made a conscious effort to find exactly what we needed and personally ensured we had everything. His professionalism and genuine care truly made our weekend stay welcoming and memorable. Thank you, Alberto, for your kindness and exceptional service—you’re a great example of Hampton Inn hospitality done right!

I travel from work and have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. I have had a 5 start experience both times. From the front desk team, to the rooms, to the two beautiful ladies who greeted us at breakfast every morning with a big smile on their face. Katrina and Shmeta are the highlight of every morning for me. They are extremely friendly and it’s nice to be greeted with kindness when away from family a week at a time. 5 stars all around.

Always enjoy my stay here. It feels safe, and the rooms are always clean. The kitchen staff are the absolute best.

Great hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and on top of everything. The hotel seemed clean all throughout and up to date. They even had a nicely stocked store area up front where you can get everything from standard toiletries to a great variety of snacks, microwave dinners, desserts, and even a couple of beers to unwind if you like. Very appreciated after a few days on the road. Our room itself was spacious... much bigger than a standard hotel room and equipped with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is served daily and has a good selection compared to standard hotel spreads. All in all, a nice hotel and good stay.

We have been staying at Hampton Inns as we've traveled across the US. This location is among the very best. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast nicely done. We travel with a pet and this location felt especially welcoming.. . and for a very reasonable pet fee. We were given a welcome bag with a tennis ball, treats, and necessary bags and wipes. I wish all Hampton Inns had a consistent pet fee and were as welcoming as this location. Driving through this area, we had a choice of hotels. I'm glad we made this Hampton Inn our stop.
